According to the Zhito Finance APP, Goldman Sachs released a research report stating that NTES-S (09999) launched "Where Winds Meet" on the PC platform on December 27 and will release the mobile version next week on January 9. The Target Price for its Hong Kong stocks is set at 169 Hong Kong dollars with a rating of "Buy."
Goldman Sachs believes that this is a differentiated game that combines single-player game content with multiplayer game modes. Goldman Sachs continues to predict that the gross income from the game in the first 12 months will be 4.2 billion yuan, but considering the game’s monetization design, which primarily relies on character equipment and other aspects, the firm believes that the total revenue cycle for the game may rise slowly until there is sufficient user engagement with the single-player game content.
