On January 3, Gelonghui reported that Shanghai Sanmao Enterprise (600689.SH) announced that it received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Qingtang Group, which revealed that Qingtang Group signed a "Custody Agreement" with the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Yufu Holdings, and the Machinery and Electronics Group. The agreement stipulates that the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Yufu Holdings entrust Qingtang Group to the management of the Machinery and Electronics Group, exercising the rights and powers of shareholders and shareholder meetings, except for the rights to shareholder income and the disposal rights of the entrusted symbol's equity, and fulfilling the relevant obligations of shareholders and shareholder meetings. The custody period is from the effective date of the "Custody Agreement" until this agreement is terminated. The actual controllers of Yufu Holdings and the Machinery and Electronics Group are both the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. This custody arrangement is under the same control and will not change the controlling shareholder and actual controller of Shanghai Sanmao Enterprise; the controlling shareholder remains Qingtang Group, and the actual controller remains the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
