Gelonghui, January 3 - Hunan Zhenghong Science And Technology Develop (000702.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors recently received written resignation reports from Chairman Yan Jinsong, Director and President Zeng Xiangzhi, and Director and Vice President Deng Hui. Due to work adjustments, Yan Jinsong has applied to resign as Chairman of the company, as well as from the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors' Global Strategy Committee and member of the Audit Committee, and will not hold any other positions in the company after resignation; Zeng Xiangzhi has applied to resign from his positions as Director and President of the company, as well as from the positions of member of the Board of Directors' Global Strategy Committee and member of the Nomination Committee, and intends to continue working at the company after resigning from the above positions; Deng Hui has applied to resign from his position as Director, as well as from the positions of member of the Board of Directors' Global Strategy Committee and member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee, and will continue to serve as Vice President of the company after resignation.
