According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Sunsea AIoT Technology (002313.SZ) announced that the company received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" delivered by the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau.
From July 1, 2022, to March 2, 2023, Sunsea AIoT Technology experienced a total of 40 litigation and arbitration cases involving the company or its subsidiaries with various parties, with the total amount in question being 0.268 billion yuan, accounting for 10.11% of the most recent audited net assets. As of August 4, 2023, this number increased to 79 cases, with the total amount in question reaching 0.556 billion yuan, representing 21% of the most recent audited net assets. After a self-examination, the company supplemented the disclosure of the above cases on August 31, 2023. According to Article 80, Paragraph 1 and Item 10 of Paragraph 2 of the Securities Law, Sunsea AIoT Technology should have disclosed these matters promptly, but the company failed to fulfill its information disclosure obligations as required by law.
