Just in time for Dry January, Curaleaf Holdings (TSX:CURA)(OTC:CURLF) announced an expansion to the company's fast-acting Select Zero Proof Hemp THC Seltzers — a low-dose 2.5 mg variety. Flavors include Berry, Black Cherry, Grapefruit and Watermelon.

On Friday, Surgeon General Vivek H. Murthy issued an advisory warning about the cancer risks associated with alcohol consumption. He also called for updates to health warning labels that haven't been revised since 1988. Murthy stressed the need to reassess recommended alcohol limits, citing mounting evidence of its role in cancer development.
