RS Technologies <3445> announced on the 27th that it has completed the acquisition of shares in Sony Precision Parts (Huizhou) (consolidated subsidiary) and has changed the name of the company. The new name is RSPDH Precision Parts (Huizhou).

RS Technologies had announced that on September 19, 2024, it signed a contract to acquire all shares of Sony Precision Parts (Huizhou) and plans to execute the share transfer in late December 2024.

After the share transfer, RS Technologies intends to continue the manufacturing of optical pickup modules through its newly established subsidiary in China and aims to launch its automotive camera module business.

Through these efforts, RS Technologies is advancing the expansion of its business areas and challenging new projects.
