3. consulting

In “consulting,” we provide a “media consulting service” that provides the product “microAD COMPASS” for media companies and the service “Enhance” by subsidiary enhancement, and an “overseas consulting service” that comprehensively supports digital marketing based overseas.

(1) “Consulting Services for Media”

The “consulting service for media” consists of “microAD COMPASS” and “Enhance.”

a) “microAD COMPASS”

“microAD COMPASS” is an advertisement revenue maximization service for media companies that post internet advertisements. Advertisements that can be expected to generate the most revenue in real time are instantaneously selected through RTB auctions, contributing to maximizing customer advertising revenue. Other features include abundant ad server functions that can be used free of charge, multi-device support, and flexible posting availability settings that protect brand value. As of the end of the 2024/9 fiscal year, it has been introduced to a cumulative total of over 2,000 internet media companies, and it is connected to many DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) through RTB. As of the end of the 2024/9 fiscal year, the number of monthly advertisement distributions was 58 billion times. As for revenue, part of advertising costs paid to media companies is obtained as platform usage fees.

b) “Enhance”

Enhance, which is a consolidated subsidiary, mainly provides consulting services aimed at expanding advertising revenue for media companies. Profit is maximized by combining various advertisement services in a form that takes care of the operation of advertisement slots for each media, and profits are raised in the form of consulting fees.

(2) Overseas Consulting Services

We provide one-stop support for digital marketing for client companies based overseas, from media purchases to creative production. It mainly provides Taiwanese companies, a unique advertising platform “COMPASS-FIT” for natives, and tie-up advertisements with “Japaholic,” an inbound web media visiting Japan. In addition to being differentiating points, these services also have high profit margins, so it is our policy to continue to focus on them.

We are also actively promoting cross-border marketing business in cooperation with leading external partners. In addition to strengthening the inbound promotion support business through a capital and business alliance with Payke Co., Ltd., which develops the shopping support application “Payke (Payke)” for foreign visitors to Japan in 2023/10, the inbound promotion support business with lodging facilities was strengthened through a capital and business alliance with Tab iLife Co., Ltd., which provides DX solutions for the lodging industry, in December of the same year. Through a capital and business alliance with ECBO Co., Ltd., which develops the luggage storage service “ecbo cloak (ecbo cloak)” in 2024/2, promotion support services for tourists using luggage storage locations were strengthened, and in collaboration with Payke, an inbound promotion support service “In-Scan (Inscan)” for Taiwanese visitors to Japan targeting consumer goods manufacturers began in collaboration with Payke in March of the same year. In April of the same year, they are actively implementing various measures, such as establishing a joint venture company New B Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Dongli Culture Spreading Co., Ltd.), which handles inbound and outbound support projects for Chinese active seniors, in collaboration with Shanghai Dongli Culture Spreading Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Dongli Culture Spreading Co., Ltd.).
