As of December 31, 2024, for the twelve months ended, the presale amount of the group, together with the group's joint ventures and associates, as well as the AGILE Projects, totaled RMB 15.51 billion with a corresponding construction area of 1.161 million square meters; the average price is RMB 13,359 per square meter.
