According to the reform policies of Baotou Rural Commercial Bank and the net asset distribution plan, original share disposal plan, and founder agreement, the company will withdraw all its shares in Baotou Rural Commercial Bank for zero yuan; it is expected to receive an amount of 2,385,548 yuan (in words: Two Million Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Eight Yuan) within 30 days from the establishment of the newly established Inner Mongolia Rural Commercial Bank, and an amount of 72,516,461 yuan (in words: Seven Million Two Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-One Yuan) within 30 days after the expiration of three years from the establishment of Inner Mongolia Rural Commercial Bank, with a total amount of 74,902,009 yuan (in words: Seven Million Four Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Nine Yuan). After this restructuring, the company will no longer hold equity in Baotou Rural Commercial Bank.
According to the provisions of the Corporate Accounting Standards, the company recognizes this investment as a financial asset measured at fair value with changes recorded in the current period's profit and loss at initial recognition, and it is accounted for in 'Other Non-Current Financial Assets', later measured at fair value based on market prices, reflecting current value by annually re-estimating the fair value of this asset. Based on the reform policies of Baotou Rural Commercial Bank and the net asset distribution plan, the original share disposal plan, and relevant agreements, the estimated change in the fair value of this investment is expected to be -134,651,146.22 yuan, and the company expects the book value of other non-current financial assets related to Baotou Rural Commercial Bank to decrease to 74,902,009 yuan.
