Barclays analyst Saket Kalia maintains $Adobe (ADBE.US)$ with buy rating, and adjust the target price from USD645 to USD567.

Guggenheim analyst John Difucci downgrades $Palo Alto Networks (PANW.US)$ to sell rating, and sets the target price of USD130.
