Gelonghui, January 6 - Mao Geping (01318.HK) announced that the exclusive overall coordinator (representing itself and the international underwriters) fully exercised the over-allotment option described in the prospectus on January 4, 2025 (Saturday), involving a total of 11,763,500 shares Listed in Hong Kong, accounting for approximately 15% of the total number of offer shares available for subscription under the global offering (after partial exercise of the over-allotment option but before any exercise of the excess over-allotment option). The over-allotment shares will be issued and allocated by the company at a price of HKD 29.80 per share (which is the price per share for each share Listed in Hong Kong under the global offering, excluding a 1% brokerage commission, a 0.0027% Securities and Futures Commission transaction levy, a 0.00565% exchange fee, and a 0.00015% Treasury transaction levy).
The over-allotment shares will be used to facilitate the delivery of a portion of the shares to the underwriters who have agreed to postpone the delivery of related shares subscribed for under the global offering.
According to Section 9(2) of Chapter 571W of the Laws of Hong Kong, the company announces that the stabilization period for the global offering will end on January 4, 2025 (Saturday) (the 30th day after the application deadline for the public offering in Hong Kong).
