According to the share buyback authorization from the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the company is permitted to repurchase up to approximately 0.157 billion shares, accounting for 10% of the total shares in issue as of the date of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The company plans to carry out the share repurchase in accordance with the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders' authorization, with a total repurchase amount not exceeding 0.2 billion Hong Kong dollars.
