The revenue from financial IT solutions for banks, credit, and Insurance accounts for nearly 50% of sales, while the public corporate IT solutions for manufacturing, distribution, and public sector contribute to almost 30%. The remaining part is accounted for by IT consulting & services and platform solutions. In response to customers' DX promotion, the next-generation SI business is steadily expanding by pursuing high-value-added SI services utilizing the latest technology elements, and high growth continues in the IT consulting & services sector.
In 2016, the company acquired Mysoft Co., Ltd., which specializes in system development for the life insurance industry, now known as TDC Futech Co., Ltd. In 2019, a capital and operational partnership was established with LTE-X Inc., which provides a secure, fast, and large-capacity IoT platform, to offer services in the local 5G field. In February 2020, the company expanded its business area by acquiring Yagi Business Consultant Co., Ltd., which specializes in consulting and system development for SAP systems, now known as Yale Business Consulting Co., Ltd. In May 2021, the company reached a basic agreement for a business partnership related to the framework "SAFe(R) (Scaled Agile Framework(R))" with Ricksoft <4429>, a leader in the field of Business Agility. The company was founded in 1962 as a data entry business. In 1967, it began Software development and in 1977, started the development and sale of Software for sales. After that, it gradually expanded its organization and business, listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as TSE) Second Section in 2001, and on the TSE First Section in 2002. The company is also focused on strengthening its organizational capabilities, achieving CMMI(R) level 3 in 2016 and level 4 in 2018. Furthermore, it has been certified as a "Certified Information Processing Support Organization (Smart SME Supporter)" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry on April 17, 2019, as an IT vendor providing IT tools to enhance the productivity of small and medium enterprises. In addition, in February 2020, it became the second company in Japan to be certified as a Gold Partner in the partner system of Scaled Agile, Inc. in the USA. This is a higher partner status that can only be obtained by companies that meet the conditions specified by Scaled Agile, Inc. regarding consulting capability and technical knowledge and have more than five certified members who can effectively support clients. In February 2021, it became the first in the information services industry to obtain certification under the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry's "DX Certification System." In April 2022, with the reorganization of market segments at TSE, it transitioned to the Prime Market and celebrated its 60th anniversary in October of the same year.
