According to the announcement of Anhui Annada Titanium Industry (002136.SZ), the company's holding subsidiary Tongling Nayu Materials Co., Ltd., and its subsidiaries plan to utilize the existing plant and site to upgrade the iron phosphate Sewerage treatment device, add a regulating pool, purchase a membrane system and MVR evaporation system, which will enable treatment of wastewater with a capacity of 0.1 million tons/year for Battery-grade iron phosphate production. The total planned investment for this project is 0.15 billion yuan.
The project utilizes the company's existing plant and site to upgrade the iron phosphate Sewerage treatment device, adds a regulating pool, purchases a membrane system and MVR evaporation system, and provides deep treatment for the wastewater generated by the existing 0.1 million tons/year iron phosphate device. The main processing volume is 120m3/h of filtrate and 330m3/h of washing liquid, through membrane concentration, with the filtrate subsequently separated from the sulfate via MVR evaporation, generating about 450m3/h of desalinated water and 13t/h of sulfate. This upgrade project for the iron phosphate Sewerage treatment technology aims to reduce production costs and improve the environmental handling level of wastewater generated during the production process, achieving the goal of 'zero discharge' for iron phosphate production wastewater and enhancing the company's sustainable development capacity.
