Gelonghui, January 7 | China Overseas Development (00688.HK) announced that in December 2024, the contract property sales amount of China's overseas affiliated companies was approximately RMB 40.226 billion, an increase of 76.6% year-on-year; the corresponding sales area was about 1.3006 million square meters, an increase of 32.2% year-on-year.
From January to December 2024, the cumulative contract property sales amount of China's overseas affiliated companies was approximately RMB 310.691 billion, up 0.3% year-on-year; the corresponding cumulative sales area was about 11,486,500 square meters, a decrease of 14.0% year-on-year.
Furthermore, as of December 31, 2024, China's overseas affiliates recorded subscribed business sales of approximately RMB 13.692 billion, which are expected to be converted into contract property sales within the next few months.
