According to the “China Intelligent Computing Service Market (First Half of 2024) Tracking” report published by IDC, the overall market for intelligent computing services in China increased by 79.6% year-on-year in the first half of 2024, and the market size reached 14.61 billion yuan. According to IDC forecasts, the compound growth rate of China's intelligent computing service market in 2023-2028 will reach 56.2%. This reflects the huge potential of China's intelligent computing services market.

Industry analysts believe that with the development of AI technology, the development momentum of China's computing power industry will continue to be strong, and computing power infrastructure vendors will usher in a new round of development opportunities. As a leading intelligent computing cloud service provider in China, Jinshan Cloud actively embraces AI and works with ecological partners to achieve business resilient development with continuously enhanced product technology capabilities and continuously enhanced service capabilities.

Recently, Jinshanyun released a series of positive developments, which attracted the attention of many investors, and the company's stock price also increased by leaps and bounds.

Specifically, at the Intel New Productivity Technology Ecosystem Conference, Jinshan Cloud showcased two of its ninth-generation cloud server products. Among them, the latest performance-guaranteed X9 cloud server has officially begun testing. The product is equipped with Intel Xeon 6 performance cores, and computing power will be significantly improved.

In addition, Jinshanyun has also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government. The two sides will develop in-depth cooperation on government AIGC intelligent models, government AI offices, and innovative capabilities for applying digital intelligence on the government cloud.

On November 19, 2024, Jinshan Cloud signed a new framework agreement with Xiaomi. Jinshan Cloud proposed setting annual limits on related transactions with Xiaomi and Jinshan in 2025, 2026, and 2027. The upper limit of Xiaomi Cloud services was drastically raised from 0.868 billion yuan to 2.31 billion yuan, 3.138 billion yuan, and 4.035 billion yuan, further strengthening the business partnership between Jinshan Cloud and Xiaomi.

On January 7, at Jinshan Cloud's annual Tech Talk, Liu Tao, senior vice president of Jinshan Cloud, said that Jinshan Cloud has fully upgraded its intelligent computing service system to help implement large-scale model applications.

In response, organizations generally believe that as the AI model drives a sharp increase in demand for intelligent computing services and benefits from Xiaomi's plan to deeply integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into its ecosystem, Jinshan Cloud will surely usher in significant business growth.

CICC released a report stating that it will keep Jinshanyun's profit forecast for this year and next two years unchanged, maintain the “outperform the industry” rating, and raise the target price of US stocks by 46% to 9.5 US dollars based on improved performance visibility and market risk appetite. Furthermore, Haitong Securities first gave Jinshanyun a “superior to the market” rating, believing that its commercial structure optimization, resonance with AI, and ecological synergy are expected to accelerate performance growth.
