(300084.SZ) announced that the company recently received a resignation letter from Chairman Su Zhancai, who applied to resign from the positions of Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Global Strategy Committee, member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee due to adjustments in work responsibilities. After resigning, he will continue to serve as a director of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Su Zhancai holds 4,256,600 shares of the company, accounting for 0.83% of the total share capital, and his controlled ShanDong Xinzhengcheng Energy Co., Ltd. holds 134,260,979 shares of the company, accounting for 26.31% of the total share capital. ShanDong Xinzhengcheng Energy Co., Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of the company, and Mr. Su Zhancai is still the actual controller of the company. Mr. Su Zhancai has no commitments that he should fulfill but has not fulfilled.
