Mr. Liao also resigns from the position of the company's authorized representative as stipulated in Article 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Effective from January 8, 2025, Du Yanfang will be transferred from a non-executive director to an executive director. Ms. Du has been appointed as the chairman of the company's investment committee and authorized representative, effective from January 8, 2025.
