Gelonghui reported on January 9 that Sijin Intelligent Forming Machinery (003025.SZ) stated during an investor relations event that the production and processing of lead screws is a relatively complex multi-process production procedure, which includes: raw material blanks, rough machining (turning, milling, drilling, etc.), thread rolling processing of the spiral groove, heat treatment, grinding and polishing, and assembly into lead screw components. Currently, the cold heading process can only achieve the forming of raw material blanks in the lead screw production process, providing parts with certain dimensional specifications for subsequent production and processing. The cold heading forming process is characterized by minimal cutting, replacing some turning/milling and other cutting processes, saving raw materials, and achieving production efficiency several times that of traditional cutting processes.
