In the fourth quarter, Alibaba's revenue was 187.395 billion yuan ($28.602 billion), up 64% from a year earlier. If you do not consider merging Gaoxin retailRevenue was 159.952 billion yuan ($24.413 billion), up 40% from a year earlier.
The net loss attributable to common shareholders was 5.479 billion yuan ($836 million) and the net loss was 7.654 billion yuan ($1.168 billion), mainly due to the above-mentioned antitrust law fines. Excluding this impact and several other items, non-GAAP net profit was 26.216 billion yuan ($4.001 billion), up 18% from a year earlier.
In fiscal year 2021, revenue was 717.289 billion yuan ($109.48 billion), up 41 per cent from a year earlier. Excluding the impact of the merger of Gaoxin retail since we began in October 2020, revenue was 674.42 billion yuan ($102.937 billion), up 32% from a year earlier.
The net profit attributable to common shareholders is 150.308 billion yuan ($22.941 billion) and the net profit is 143.284 billion yuan ($21.869 billion), reflecting the increase in equity incentive fees mentioned in the above antitrust law fines and "operating profits" section. Excluding this impact and several other items, non-GAAP net profit was 171.985 billion yuan ($26.25 billion), up 30 per cent from a year earlier.

In the fourth quarter, Alibaba's innovative business and other income was 1.222 billion yuan, an increase of 18% over the same period last year.
According to the financial report, in April 2021, Gaud reached an important milestone of more than 100 million daily active users for the whole month.
Digital media and entertainment revenue
Revenue from the digital media and entertainment division for the three months ended March 31, 2021 was 8.05 billion yuan, up 12% from 7.2 billion yuan in the same period in 2020.
