继737 Max坠机和疫情危机后 波音又遇大难题:人才严重流失

After the 737 Max crash and the epidemic crisis, Boeing encountered another big problem: serious brain drain

Since the beginning of last year, more than 3200 engineers and skilled workers have left Boeing's aircraft manufacturing center in Seattle, accounting for about 18% of the unions representing them, and only a few remain. Boeing has been laying off large numbers of workers for years in an effort to survive industry shocks. When the subsequent economic recovery led to a shortage of staff, the company often recalled staff and rehired retirees as consultants. Boeing already has many employees who have moved to younger companies such as Amazon and SpaceX, which are driving technological progress at an alarming rate. LinkedIn's data analysis shows that there are now about 1100 former Boeing employees working at Amazon and at least 200 former Boeing employees at Elon Musk's aerospace company. Microsoft, Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin are also popular with these employees.
