Medium nuclear titanium dioxide is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of rutile titanium dioxide. In order to build a sustainable and high-quality development model, the company plans to distribute resources, titanium chemicals, new materials and new energy through the strategic means of "endogenous growth, epitaxial mergers and acquisitions". At present, the company is building a unique "sulfur-phosphorus-iron-titanium-lithium" coupled circular economy industrial chain around the concept of "vertical promotion and horizontal circulation". Expand the main business products from a single titanium dioxide to cover titanium dioxide, water-soluble monoammonium phosphate (water-soluble fertilizer), as well as iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate and other new energy battery cathode materials related products. The New Materials Research Institute will focus on the company's industrial layout and carry out cutting-edge and applied research in the fields of key materials for lithium-ion batteries, new titanium matrix composites, key materials for photovoltaic power generation, energy storage technology, etc., to promote the company's technological progress and industrial development.

The company said that the establishment of the New Materials Research Institute is one of the important measures to implement the company's medium-and long-term development strategy, which has a positive impact on the company to build core competitiveness and achieve high-quality sustainable development.

On the same day, the company announced that it recently signed the "Cooperation Agreement on Collaborative Innovation Base" and obtained the approval of Gansu Academician expert Workstation Construction leading Group on the establishment of Collaborative Innovation Base.
