Shenwu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., as a corporate bond issuer, fails to disclose its annual report within four months from the end of the fiscal year 2020, it violates the provisions of Article 4, Article 50 and paragraph 1 of Article 51 of the measures for the Administration of Corporate Bond issuance and transaction (CSRC order No. 180). As the person in charge of information disclosure affairs, Wu Daohong bears the main responsibility for the above matters.
According to Article 68 of the measures for the Administration of Corporate Bond issuance and Trading, the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures of issuing warning letters to Shenwu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and Wu Daohong.
