In the six months ended June 30, 2021, the group's revenue from its self-issuing business reached 1.525 billion yuan, an increase of about 2.4 per cent over the same period last year, while the group's revenue from its game development business reached 567 million yuan, an increase of about 156.8 per cent over the same period last year.

As of June 30, 2021, the group is the Chinese game company with the largest number of IP and the largest number of mobile IP games online, according to Analysys (Analysys think tank). In the first half of 2021, the Group launched a number of games to the Chinese mainland market and many overseas countries and regions. On June 30, 2021, the Group has 85 games that can be downloaded through the app store and distribution platform.

In addition, the Group has also reached strategic cooperation with a number of enterprises. In the first half of 2021, the group reached a strategic cooperation with Huawei Terminal Co., Ltd. (Huawei) on the game business, based on Huawei terminal platform, Huawei mobile service HMS full scene ecological capability, 5G, public cloud, AI, big data and other advantages, as well as the group's high-quality game content, IP derivatives and other advantages. The two sides will actively carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in the areas of deep game intermodal transport, IP derivatives and brands, HMS ecology and game competitiveness, so as to achieve resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win results, and establish a stable and sustainable strategic partnership. On May 10th, 2021, the Group entered into a cooperation agreement with BMO Mile Co., Ltd. (a listed company of 09626), which gives priority to the exclusive license operation of certain games developed or licensed by the Group and, in certain cases, the granting of an exclusive license to third parties in respect of the Group's IP. At the same time, the group completed the subscription of new shares by BMO Mile Co., Ltd. and other subscribers. The total net income received by the Group upon completion is approximately HK $849 million and the Group intends to use the net proceeds from the subscription to further enhance the IP game distribution and development business.
