British Prime Minister Johnson said he would meet with Amazon.Com Inc on MondayChairman Jeff Bezos told him during the meeting that Amazon.Com Inc must pay fair and reasonable taxes in the UK.
Johnson said in an interview with reporters on his way to the United States that he would also tell Bezos that Amazon.Com Inc needed to solve the problem of working standards for his employees in the UK. He said he would also congratulate Bezos on his feats in afforestation.
Johnson also talked about how Britain is seeking to ease tensions with France and the energy crisis caused by rising natural gas prices.
