Universal Music Group (Universal Music Group), the record company that owns singers such as Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and The Weeknd, will list on the Amsterdam stock market on Tuesday after a valuation of about 33.5 billion euros ($39.3 billion), according to media reports.

Vivendi (Vivendi, Vivendi) is spinning off Global, with a reference price of 18.50 euros per share set on Monday, according to a statement issued by the pan-European exchange (Euronext).

Universal Music Group will be the largest listing in Europe this year, with a 60 per cent stake allocated to Vivendi shareholders.
