Gelong Hui on October 11?Lion Rock Group (01127.HK)It was announced that on October 11, 2021, Huixing Printing, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, acquired 1679743 Quarto shares from Mr. Liu, an executive director and major shareholder, for a consideration of £1.5118 million (equivalent to about HK $16.025 million) (excluding stamp duty and related expenses), accounting for about 4.1 per cent of the issued share capital of Quarto.
Immediately before the acquisition, meeting Star Printing and Mr. Liu held approximately 37.1% and 4.1% of the issued share capital of Quarto, respectively. Immediately after the acquisition, meeting Star Printing and Mr. Liu held approximately 41.2% and nil issued share capital of Quarto, respectively.
