On October 31, the reporter learned from the Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region that the people's Government of the Autonomous region recently decided to provide no less than 2 tons of inexpensive coal per household for heating farmers and herdsmen in winter, to ensure that farmers and herdsmen can afford coal for heating in winter, and to keep farmers and herdsmen warm during the winter. The decision requires that the Energy Bureau of the autonomous region be responsible for coordinating the implementation of coal sources for heating of farmers and herdsmen in winter. The coal used by farmers and herdsmen in the cities of the Coal production League shall be solved by the cities of the Union, while the coal used by farmers and herdsmen in the cities with insufficient supply capacity shall be solved by the main coal producing areas such as Ordos, Hulunbuir and Xilingol.
