Nov 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:
** Travel website Booking Holdings Inc BKNG.O said it would buy hotel room booking website Getaroom for about $1.2 billion.
** RWE RWEG.DE , Germany's largest power producer, has reached a deal to sell parts of solar-plant builder Belectric, it said.
** Grupo Carrefour Brasil CRFB3.SA said in a filing that antitrust watchdog Cade has said the retailer's plan to buy wholesaler Grupo Big Brasil SA is complicated.
** Franco-German KMW+Nexter Defence Systems is interested in buying Leonardo's OTO Melara and Wass units, an Italian political source said, adding that the government wanted to play a key role in the negotiations.
** Brazilian meat producer Marfrig Global Foods SA
MRFG3.SA said PlantPlus Foods, a company in which it has a 70% stake, has bought Sol Cuisine Ltd and Drink Eat Well for a total of $140 million.
** Richemont CFR.S is in advanced talks with online retailer Farfetch FTCH.N about selling it a minority stake in loss-making Yoox Net-a-Porter in a move likely to appease investors critical of the luxury goods firm.
** Britain's Neptune Energy said it has agreed to sell stakes in several Norwegian oil and gas assets to Norway's OKEA
OKEA.OL and M Vest Energy for a total of $35 million.
** Swedish audiobook streaming group Storytel STORYb.ST said it had agreed to buy Audiobooks.com from investment firm KKR, marking its entry into the U.S. market.
** UK's Land Securities Group Plc LAND.L said it has agreed to sell Harbour Exchange, a London office property, to Blackstone Inc BX.N for 196.5 million pounds ($262.82 million) as the commercial landlord reshuffles its portfolio.
** Dutch financial services company Intertrust INTER.AS has entered exclusive talks over a potential 1.63 billion euro ($1.87 billion) takeover by private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, it said.
** Financial conglomerate Ping An Insurance Group of China
601318.SS is seeking to offload its 44% stake in auto services portal Autohome ATHM.N 2518.HK , three people familiar with the situation told Reuters.
** SBI Holdings Inc 8473.T said it would consider taking a majority stake in Shinsei Bank Ltd 8303.T if it succeeds in its $1.1 billion tender offer to raise its stake in the mid-sized lender to 48% from about 20%.
