Hong Kong shares close higher as property, tech gain
Hong Kong shares closed higher amid gains from property and technology stocks, pushing the benchmark $Hang Seng Index(800000.HK)$ 1.8% higher to 23493.38.
香港股市在地產股和科技股上漲的推動下收盤走高，推動基準指數$恆生指數(800000.HK)$上漲1.8%，報23493.38點。
$China Overseas Land & Investment(00688.HK)$ surged 9.1%, China Resources Land$CHINA RES LAND(01109.HK)$ gained 7.3% and $LONGFOR GROUP(00960.HK)$ rose 2.7%. Tech stocks were also among gainers, with the $Hang Seng TECH Index(800700.HK)$ adding 2.0% to 5503.91. $BABA-SW(09988.HK)$, $JD.com, Inc.-SW(09618.HK)$ and $NetEase, Inc.-S(09999.HK)$ gained 6.5%, 4.7% and 3.5%, respectively.
$中國海外發展(00688.HK)$暴漲9.1%，華潤置地$China Res Land(01109.HK)$上漲7.3%，$龍湖集團(00960.HK)$上漲2.7%。科技股也在漲幅之列，$恆生科技指數(800700.HK)$在5503.91的基礎上增加了2.0個百分點。$阿里巴巴-SW(09988.HK)$, $京東集團-SW股份有限公司-SW(09618.HK)$和$網易-S股份有限公司-S(09999.HK)$分別上漲6.5%，4.7%和3.5%。
