March 3 (Reuters) - Russia's biggest mobile operator MTS

MTSS.MM says:

* Q4 net income rose 3.9% year on year to 13.6 billion roubles;

* Q4 revenues at 143.7 billion roubles ($1.22 billion), up 7.5% year on year.
