In 2021, revenue was 8.426 billion yuan, up 67.7 percent over the same period last year; gross profit reached 2.47 billion yuan, up 56.5 percent over the same period last year; operating profit was 1.501 billion yuan, up 67.4 percent over the same period last year; profit attributable to group equity shareholders was 1.13 billion yuan, an increase of 63.1 percent over the same period last year, and basic profit per share was about 0.47 yuan. The board of directors recommends a final dividend yield of 30% for the year ended December 31, 2021.

The Group's income comes from four businesses: property management services; community value-added services; non-owner value-added services; and urban services. During the reporting period, the income from property management services was about 4.187 billion yuan, accounting for 49.7% of the total income, an increase of 54.4% over the same period last year; the income from community value-added services reached 2.513 billion yuan, accounting for 29.8% of the total income, an increase of 57.0% over the same period last year; non-owner value-added service income reached 871 million yuan, accounting for 10.3% of the total income, an increase of 22.2% over the same period last year And urban service income of RMB 855 million, mainly due to the new track layout and the acquisition of World Luyuan and Jinsha Tin during the period.

During the reporting period, the Group achieved rapid growth in both managed floor area and contract floor area, laying a solid foundation for the growth of the Group's comprehensive income and creating an important foundation for the development of various value-added services. As of December 31, 2021, the managed floor area of the group's property management services reached 240.5 million square meters, an increase of about 64.6% over about 146.1 million square meters in the same period in 2020. The number of projects under management reached 830, covering 107 cities across the country. The contracted floor area of the Group is about 308 million square meters, an increase of about 53.2% over about 201.1 million square meters in the same period in 2020.

It is worth noting that the group achieved remarkable results in the third-party bidding in 2021, with a new third-party bidding area of 61.6 million square meters, compared with 23.5 million square meters in the same period in 2020, an increase of 162.1 percent over the same period last year. The external extension area and annual saturated income of the third party bidding have been greatly improved, and the high-quality targets such as Beijing University of posts and Telecommunications and Chengdu Giant Panda Base have been obtained. In 2022, Shimao Service will continue to vigorously expand the market, obtain more third-party projects, continue to consolidate capacity, comprehensively upgrade strategy, and continue to improve combat effectiveness.

As of December 31, 2021, the group's cash and cash equivalents were RMB 9.8421 billion, up 68.8% from RMB 5.83 billion on December 31, 2020.
