Ellington信贷推迟股东年会
公司的董事会、ISS和Glass Lewis所有推荐股东投票“赞成”战略转型
2024年10月30日,康涅狄格州老格林尼治——艾灵顿信贷公司(纽交所:EARN)("公司")今天宣布推迟其2024年股东年会("年会"),原定于2024年10月30日举行。年会推迟是为了为公司的股东进一步征求委托书提供更多时间。
公司董事会将根据公司信托声明的适用条款确定年度会议的重新安排日期,并将在不久的将来宣布。

关于Ellington Credit Company
