Except as otherwise permitted under Section 409A, no payment hereunder shall be accelerated or deferred unless such acceleration or deferral would not result in additional tax or interest pursuant to Section 409A. If the Company determines that any provision of this Offer Letter would cause you to incur any additional tax or interest under Section 409A, the Company may (but is not obligated to) take commercially reasonable efforts to reform such provision to try to comply with or be exempt from Section 409A through good faith modifications to the minimum extent reasonably appropriate to conform with Section 409A, 提供 that any such modifications shall not increase the cost or liability to the Company.
6.2Separation from Service; Expense Reimbursement.
