Campaign Eligibility
New users who registered for a moomoo ID after 00:00 SGT on 20 March 2022. New user is defined as client who is existing Grab user & has successfully open a securities account with Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. via the promotional link in Grab app during the campaign period. To be eligible,

Consent
By participating in this campaign, the client authorise & give consent to Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. to pass his/her Grab-registered mobile number details to Grab for the purpose of issuing GrabRewards Points (GRP) in accordance to the Reward for successfully opening a Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Securities Account and depositing funds that the client is eligible to receive.

How do I get my GrabRewards Points?
1. New users who successfully completed the task will be issued with the GrabRewards Points to their Grab account, within 15 working days after end of Campaign Period, tagged to the Grab-registered mobile number provided at account opening.
2. GrabRewards Points issued through this Promotion shall not be eligible for tier upgrading/maintenance in GrabRewards. However, GrabRewards Points issued can be used for redemption of offers on the GrabRewards Catalogue.
How do I get my free Sea Limited Share & Stock Cash Coupon Bundle?
1. Open your Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. securities account as soon as possible! It takes 1-2 business days for the approval process.
2. After your Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. securities account has been successfully opened, make your first successful deposit of SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 into your account by 13 April 2022, 09:59 SGT. It takes about 15 minutes if you are using Instant Deposit via DDA, or 1-3 business days if you are using bank transfer!
3. Once your first deposit is successfully settled into your Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. securities account, you will receive 1 Sea Limited Share and your Stock Cash Coupons Bundle in your 「Coupons」 page within 1-3 business days!
I opened a Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. securities account before the campaign period but have not deposited. Am I still eligible for this campaign?
Existing users who successfully opened a Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Securities Account and did not successfully deposit any amount into their Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. securities account before 00:00 SGT on 20 March 2022 will be eligible for the deposit rewards within the campaign period.
Can I deposit in other currencies instead?
You can choose to deposit SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 into your securities account.
How will the rewards be credited to me?
Users will need to download the moomoo mobile app on either Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in to receive the rewards after completing the respective missions.

All Stock Cash Coupons will have an expiry of 60 days from day of activation. Stock Cash Coupons will be sent to your 「Coupons」 page. They can be used to offset your buy trades in the moomoo app. Please use your coupons before executing your trade. Original trade amount with accompanying fees may be deducted upon execution. Coupon amount will be refunded into your account within 1-3 trading days. The Stock Cash Coupon amounts are all pre-tax amounts and are only available for use on buy trades, limited to 1 use per trade. All Stock Cash Coupons have a minimum trade amount of its stipulated value or equivalent in other currencies. If the trade amount is lesser than the value of the Stock Cash Coupon, the coupon will not be activated. Should there not be any specific selection made on the specific Stock Cash Coupons available in the account, Stock Cash Coupon will be used in an ascending order of the days left before expiry. Taxes and fees in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations may apply. Redeemable only for users who have a valid Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Does my 180-day commission-free trading card expire?
Once entitlement has been rewarded and credited to your 「Coupon」 page, we recommend to activate your 180-day commission-free card at the soonest as the expiry for activation will end in 90 days starting from allocation. Once activated successfully, the customer is entitled to the full 180-day active period of the commission-free trading card entitlements. Should the customer not activate within 90 days from allocation, the unactivated 180-day commission-free trading card will expire.
Please note that fees will be incurred as per our fee schedule on completed trades should the commission-free trading card available for activation was not activated.

9. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to remove market data access and commission-free trade entitlement should customer not fulfil all stated conditions of the offer. Should the customer not fulfil all the stated conditions of this offer, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to charge in full the free shares.
