Campaign Period

The campaign will be held between 27 August 2022, 0900 SGT and 27 August 2022, 1800 SGT, both timings inclusive (「Campaign Period」).

Campaign Eligibility

Moomoo SG users participating in the offline Invest Fair 2022 event (「Event」) and have made deposits into their moomoo SG Universal account (「Moomoo SG Account」) before 26 August 2022, 2359 SGT (「Existing Users」).

Campaign Summary

Existing users will be rewarded with the following 1 day exclusive rewards (「Rewards」) when they deposit SGD 3,500 into their Moomoo SG Account during the Event.

* SGD 30 In-App Cash Coupon shall be credited to the Existing User's moomoo SG Account by 27 September 2022 and is valid till 27 October 2022. The existing user shall provide their moomoo ID and proof of deposit to the onsite moomoo staff during the event. Failure to do so will disqualify the user from receiving the reward.

^ Please note that existing users who have made a deposit of SGD 3,500/ USD 2,600/ HKD 20,000 will also be eligible for the Rewards. To ensure the successful redemption of the cash coupon, users MUST maintain a daily asset balance of SGD 3,500/ USD 2,600/ HKD 20,000 for 30 days from the day of deposit; assets include cash and stock positions etc. A 20% decrease in total asset value from stipulated amount will be allowed.

5. No person should have more than one account. Please note that Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. does not allow a person to open a securities account on behalf of another (i.e. we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open an account). This requirement is also stated during your account opening process and in your declaration. Please refrain from opening a universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner of the account. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g., using multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your stock rewards and limit your chance to participate in future promotions.

8. Each user or device, regardless mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of registration / sign up rewards, account opening rewards, initial deposit rewards, market trade rewards and referral rewards.

9. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to remove market data access and commission-free trade entitlement should customer not fulfil all stated conditions of the offer. Should the customer not fulfil all the stated conditions of this offer, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to charge in full the free shares.

10. Requests for substitution of rewards will not be entertained. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves all rights to end the offer or amend the rules of the offer at any time without prior notice.
