Campaign Period

The campaign will commence from 17 November 2022 at 00:00 SGT and end on 31 December 2022 at 11:59 SGT (「Campaign Period」). 

Campaign Eligibility

New users is defined as client who is existing Grab user & has not opened a Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (moomoo SG) universal account and/or deposit before 17 November 2022, 00:00 SGT via the promotional link in Grab app during the campaign period. To be eligible,

● The client is required to sign up for a new moomoo SG universal account via Grab app link.

● The client is required to sign up using a Grab-registered mobile number. 

Consent

By participating in this campaign, the client authorise & give consent to moomoo SG to pass his/her Grab-registered mobile number details to Grab for the purpose of issuing GrabRewards Points (GRP) in accordance to the Reward for successfully opening a moomoo SG universal account and depositing funds that the client is eligible to receive. 

Campaign Summary

# Please note that new users who have made their first deposit of SGD 2,700/ USD 2,000/ HKD 16,000 will receive 1 attempt to spin-the-wheel to get 1 free share. All share rewards will be automatically allocated to your account within 3 business days , but the status of the share(s) will remain frozen. To ensure the successful redemption of the share(s), new users MUST maintain a daily asset balance of SGD 2,700/ USD 2,000/ HKD 16,000 for 30 days from the day of share(s) allocation; assets include cash and stock positions etc. A 20% decrease in total asset value from stipulated amount will be allowed. The allocated share(s) will only be activated upon meeting the above conditions for 30 days and will be unfrozen within 5 business days after the 30-day holding period. Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get my GrabRewards Points? 

1. New users who successfully completed the task will be issued with the GrabRewards Points to their Grab account, within 15 working days after end of Campaign Period, tagged to the Grab-registered mobile number provided at account opening.  

2. GrabRewards Points issued through this Promotion shall not be eligible for tier upgrading/maintenance in GrabRewards. However, GrabRewards Points issued can be used for redemption of offers on the GrabRewards Catalogue.

How do I get up to SGD 20 cash coupons? 

1. To open your moomoo SG universal account, the approval process takes 1-2 working days.

2. After the moomoo SG universal account is successfully opened, deposit and subscribe S$100 / US$75 to Cash Plus and hold positions to get S$2 cash coupons per day for up to 10 days.

How do I get free stocks? 

1. Open a moomoo SG universal account.

2. When you have successfully deposited SGD 2,700 / USD 2,000 / HKD 16,000 and above before 11:59 SGT on December 31, 2022 into your moomoo SG universal account, you will get 1 spin and get 1 free stock.

Deposits via DDA takes about 15 minutes and Bank Transfers takes 1-3 business days.

I opened a moomoo SG universal account before the campaign period but have not deposited. Am I still eligible for this campaign?  

Existing users who successfully opened a moomoo SG universal account and did not successfully deposit any amount into their moomoo SG universal account before 00:00 SGT on 17 November 2022 will be eligible for the deposit rewards within the campaign period. 

Can I deposit in other currencies instead?  

You can choose to deposit SGD 2,700/ USD 2,000/ HKD 16,000 into your moomoo SG universal account. 

How will the rewards be credited to me?  

Users will need to download the moomoo mobile app on either Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in to receive the rewards.

Real-time Quotes Rewards

After your moomoo SG universal account is opened, you will get free real-time quotes (US Level 2, SGX Securities Level 1, China A-shares Level 1)

SGD 2 cashback

After task is completed, you will receive your SGD 2 reward as a [Cashback coupon], and after receiving the reward, user can check it via「Me - Rewards」

SGD 2 cashback will automatically be 1 - 3 working days to be reflected in user's universal account.

Free stock

Free shares will be automatically deposited into your moomoo SG universal account within 3 working days after you have landed on the New User Promotion landing page and completed the task, but the status of the shares will remain frozen. Shares will be automatically unfrozen within 5 working days after the specified conditions are met. Rights will only be assigned to users who hold valid moomoo SG universal account in their own name.

Although transactions are commission-free during the promotion period, please note that platform fees are charged per order. This is to enable moomoo SG to continue to improve the user experience, such as improving our technology, providing free market data, creating better analytical tools to improve our platform so that we can serve our users better.  Others fee and charges also applies (Exchange fee, GST, etc.)

I have deposited SGD 2,700 / USD 2,000 / HKD 16,000. Can I use my deposit and start trading? Will my free shares be unfrozen after 30 days?

Yes, you can start trading cash, stocks and other financial products available on the moomoo app as long as you maintain a daily balance of over in these currencies only S$2,700 / US$2,000 / HK$16,000. Total asset value is allowed to drop by 20% from the stated amount (ie S$2,160 / US$1,600 / HK$12,800) due to fluctuations in share prices. After the above conditions are met for 30 days, the bonus shares will be unfrozen and will be automatically added to the account's holdings within 5 working days after the 30-day freeze period.

9. Each user or device, regardless mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of registration / sign up rewards, account opening rewards, initial deposit rewards, market trade rewards and referral rewards.

10. Moomoo SG reserves the right to remove market data access and commission-free trade entitlement should customer not fulfil all stated conditions of the offer. Should the customer not fulfil all the stated conditions of this offer, moomoo SG reserves the right to charge in full the free shares.

11. Requests for substitution of rewards will not be entertained. moomoo SG reserves all rights to end the offer or amend the rules of the offer at any time without prior notice.
