Eligibility

• The competition is available for all Singapore residents who are keen on investing and are willing to share their moomoo investment hacks with others to spur the community to invest smarter and wiser.

• Participant must be 18 and above to be eligible for the competition.

• Participants are required to complete the sign up and account opening processes (no deposit required), download the moomoo app and submit their unique moomoo ID to us during registration in order to participate in the mini contest under this show series and receive rewards/winnings awarded.

• All participants must be willing to commit to the competition schedule and all other briefing online or physical with relevance to this competition.

• Filming dates: 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th October 2024 (Friday & Saturday)

• Filming duration: 10:00AM - 06:00PM^ (SGT）

• All participants are required to participate in the Paper Trading Mini-Contest. Ranking up in this contest may help them further in the overall competition.

• All participants are also required to participate in the MooHack Sharing Contest.

• Selected casts who do not hold or are unwilling to open a valid universal account with Moomoo SG will not be eligible to join the competition or the show.

• Moomoo SG reserves the unequivocal right to disqualify and ban any participant from the competition who demonstrates a lack of commitment to the competition schedule, fails to attend briefing sessions without a valid reason, or exhibits unacceptable conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, any past or present involvement in fraudulent or cheating activities.

^Filming schedule is tentative and may be subject to slight adjustments. Filming may go up to 10 hours maximum.

How to Join Competition?

Registration

• Interested applicants may submit their entry request via 100 to 1: Moomoo Money Master Application Form to join the casting process for this competition.

• Submission of an entry will not guarantee a participation slot for this competition.

• All entries will be reviewed by the team and 100 casts will be selected to join this competition as finalised participants for the competition series and other categories stated below.

• All selected participants for this competition will be notified via email by 18/09/2024 06:00PM SGT. Selected participants need to acknowledge by 20/09/2024, 05:00PM SGT to confirm their participation.

Paper Trading Mini-Contest

• A competition account will be opened specifically for all participants. Participants may access their competition account by navigating to "Discover" > "Paper Trade"> "Competition" within the app, and then proceed to the paper trading competition.

MooHack Sharing Contest

• Participants may access their competition account by navigating to "Discover" > "Moo"> Topic within the app, and proceed with sharing investment lifehacks with the rest of the community, engage and encourage other users, share their investment knowhows through their account.

• Finalised topic to be shared under will be briefed to all participants during the account set up and onboarding process.

Rewards

100 to 1 Moomoo Money Master (Main Competition)

• Compete with 99 other participants in all segments of the gameshow and rise to be the last one standing to win the overall competition and take home S$30,000 worth of investment funds.

• There will be 1 grand winner for this segment.

Paper Trading Mini-Contest

• Tip：Ranking up in this contest may help them further in the overall competition.

• There will not be prize money given out for this segment.

• Calculation Formula

• Current Day's P/L% (Tn) = (Current Day's Ending NAV - Previous Day's Ending NAV) / Previous Day's Ending NAV

• Total P/L% = (NAV at the End of the competition - NAV at the Start of the competition) / NAV at the Start of the competition

• NAV: Net asset value

• P/L: Profit and Loss

Rules:

1. This competition is strictly for US stock trading (including ETFs and Leveraged ETFs). Upon successful registration, participants will open a competition account with initial assets of US$100,000 each and will be ranked according to their total P/L%.

2. The trading product for this competition is limited to US stocks only. Other types of investment products do not qualify for this competition.

3. US Stock market trading hours: 9:30 PM to 4:00 AM (SGT).

4. Only long trading is supported, short selling is not allowed.

5. The competition supports dividends and bonus issuance, but not new IPO subscriptions, rights shares or additional issuance. (The dividends and bonus issuance are virtual.)

6. To ensure fairness in the competition, the competition will restrict trading stocks below US$1. However, you may sell stocks when they fall below US$1, but may not buy them.

7. To ensure fairness in the competition, the maximum number of orders per trading day is 50 (including cancellations and order changes). In order to avoid asset spikes caused by heavy holdings in a single volatile stock, the position limit for a single stock (at the time of purchase) is 40% of total assets. However, this rule does not apply to situations where the maximum position in a single stock exceeds 40% due to stock price movements.

8. The quotes of the paper trading system are not exactly the same as the real stock market. Data of the competition is based on the paper trading system.

9. If a listed company is delisted for any reason and the participant's account holds a virtual stock of that company, the participant will not be able to paper trade that stock on the subsequent competition day, and the system will credit the virtual funds to the participant's account on the second working day at the last closing price of that stock.

10. If any participant obtains revenue through deceptive means or loopholes, he/she will be disqualified from this competition.

11. Each user may only participate in the competition with strictly one account. If any participant is found to have used any means to operate on multiple accounts, he/she will be disqualified from this competition.

12. The paper trading system of this competition is offered by Moomoo SG. The commission is based on the real market. In the event of minor deviations from the real market, the paper trading system shall prevail.

13. If the virtual assets in the trial account are insufficient, the contestant cannot do simulated buying. After using the simulated trading prop card-resurrection card, the account can regain the initial virtual funds.

14. Within 24 hours after using the simulated trading prop card-defense card in the trial account, the account can prevent other users from viewing positions and transaction history.

15. When viewing the trial accounts of other users in the rankings who have not used defense cards, within 24 hours after using the simulated trading prop card - perspective card, you can view the account's position and transaction history.

16. The matching of simulated trading orders takes into account the transaction quantity of real transactions. Even if the commission price is appropriate, if there is no transaction volume, the transaction will not be completed; if the transaction quantity of real transactions is less than the commission quantity, the transaction will be partially completed. , only the transaction quantity of the real transaction is matched, and the remaining entrusted orders remain in the matching queue waiting for the transaction.

17. The handling fees refer to the real market. If there are slight differences with the real market, the simulated trading system shall prevail. The use of the simulated system is free of charge. The deduction of transaction fees does not involve real expenses.

MooHack Sharing Contest

• The level and quality of engagement achieved by each participant will be measured at the end of the contest and it will determine the winner for this segment.

• Scoring system will be specified and shared with all participants before the start of this segment.

• There will be 5 winners for this segment based on the tabulated scores and each winner will receive S$2000 worth of prize money.

Rules:

• Only Moo community posts deemed relevant to investment lifehacks, investment philosophies, portfolio sharing will be considered for this segment.

• Fanning of negativity, misuse of Moo community and inappropriate sharing will be dealt with seriously and is to be considered as breaching of the integrity of the agreement between participants and Moomoo SG or their partners.

• Moomoo SG reserves the right to take down such participant posts and ban them from this competition and/or posting within the moo community.

Reward Description

• Cash coupons: Cash coupons will be credited to winners via "Me > My Rewards" within 7 working days from the winner announcement as stated above and is valid for use within 1 year period after it has been credited to the winner's account. Usage of cash coupons will be activated upon clicking on "use", and the reward will be credited to the winner's Moomoo SG universal account as cash within 2 working days from activation.

• Stock cash coupons: Stock cash coupons will be credited to winners via "Me> My Rewards" within 7 working days from the winner announcement as stated above and is valid for use within 1 year period after it has been credited to the winner's account. Stock cash coupons will be issued in denominations of S$500 per coupon and the minimum buy trade value required to use these coupon is S$500 and its equivalent in other currencies in order to ensure full credit/ reward value given to the winner.

• SGD to USD conversion rate is taken to be 0.76 as of 13/08/2024. S$500= US$377.69

• Expired rewards will not be reissued. Kindly ensure you use the reward before expiry.

If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
