Campaign Eligibility: Users who have not opened a Moomoo SG universal account and/or deposit before 1/11/2022, 00:00 SGT.

Campaign Summary:

New users who have fulfilled the minimum deposit of S$100 will be allocated a subscription period to enjoy 5%p.a. return rewards on their principal subscription made during the launch and/or during their allocated holding period. Users who are allocated the holding slot can make a subscription between S$100 to S$10,000 starting from the launch date.

Way to get rewards: To count as a successful referral to qualify for the rewards, friends of users are to register for a moomoo id using their Singapore phone number via the referrer's event-specific invitation link.

Customers who can participate in the promotion: 

Users who have successfully signed up a Moomoo SG universal account

Way to get rewards: During the activity period, users participate in guessing the winner or loser of the football game and vote for their favorite team. When the number of correct guesses is greater than or equal to 3 times, they can share a prize pool of S$50,000 worth of cash coupons with others who met the activity requirements. 

Winners Notification: Winners will be notified via an in-app event push notification, rewarded cash coupons will be sent to winners' Moomoo SG universal account within 15 working days after the end of the guessing activity and will be able to check the issued rewards under "me">"rewards" 

(i) Activate a total of 3 months* reward period. Users with allocated rewards period can make their first subscription between S$100 to S$10,000 starting from 17/11/2022 16:00 SGT to 05/01/23, 23:59 SGT to get a guaranteed return rewards of 5%p.a. on their daily principal subscription. Subscribe moomoo Cash Plus [UPSIZED] In promotion period,new user will receive up to S$20 cashback# (S$2 daily) for up to 10 days and/or for as long as they stay subscribed whichever sooner. 


(ii) Users who have successfully referred a new user to complete his/her registration with Moomoo SG between campaign period will be rewarded. With 1 successful referral , users will get 1 month (30 days) allocated rewards period to enjoy 5%*p.a. guaranteed return rewards.

Each user is entitled to a maximum 6 months (180 days) of rewards period.

Do note that the rewards from this activity are non-stackable with any other activity rewards within the same period. If a referred user has signed up through this activity, the referrer will only be issued rewards tied to this activity. ② Users who have successfully referred a new user to subscribe moomoo Cash Plus [UPSIZED] for S$100, will receive additional S$20 cash coupon. (iii) Vote & Share S$50,000

Redemption & Subscription Policy

There is no charge on subscription and redemption of funds. Users are able to subscribe and redeem their funds at any point of time during the allocated subscription time period under this campaign. However, 5% p.a. return reward will only apply to days subscribed. 5% p.a. return rewards will be tabulated and issued on a daily basis based on their total invested principal.


How will the guaranteed return reward be credited to me?

Moomoo SG guarantees the 5% p.a. (annualized percentage) return rewards. With a max subscription of S$10,000 into 5% p.a. return reward, users will invest into a base money market fund of their choice and Moomoo SG will make up for the difference to ensure that eligible users enjoy a guaranteed return of 5% p.a. on their principal subscription. 

i.e. User have subscribed with the maximum subscription amount of S$10,000, and held a consistent subscription of S$10,000 over 3 months, users will receive total returns of S$123 on their principal subscription. The calculation formula is: S$10000*[(5%/365)*90]= S$123. Per annum calculation based on 365 days, while months in 30 days. 

The allocated time period will only be activated upon meeting the above conditions within the campaign period and during the allocated holding period. Otherwise, users will not be entitled to the 5%p.a. guaranteed return reward. 

Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd only guarantees the 5% p.a. return reward on the principal subscription amount. In the case where the base money market fund returns drops below 0, force liquidation will occur. Funds will be automatically redeemed to prevent further loss that could hurt client's principal subscription during the allocated holding time period.

Common FAQs

Q1: Can the funds be withdrawn at any time?

Amount subscribed in this reward scheme can be redeemed and re-subscribe up to S$10,000 at any point of time during the allocated period. However, 5%*p.a. annualised returns only apply to days in which users are subscribed into this reward scheme. Funds will need to be redeemed and credited back into you Moomoo SG Universal Account before you can withdraw it back into your bank account.

Q2. Can I buy again after full redemption?

Yes, you may purchase (subscribe) after a full redemption as long as the purchase falls within the allocated time period. Allocated holding period starts when first subscription is made.

For example:

If a user unlocked 4 months (120 days) of allocated holding time period, buy and hold for 30 days before redeeming his funds fully then remained unsubscribed for another 30 days. After 30 days of inactivity, he starts a new subscription, the total number of allocated days remaining the user can still enjoy will be 120 - (30) - (30) = 60 days.

Q3: How are the rewards of the subsidy distributed?

Rewards will be accounted for on a daily basis up till the full redemption of your holding or the end of the allocated holding period under this campaign, whichever sooner.

Q4: What happens to my fund after my allocated period is up?

Once your allocated period is up, reward subsidy offered by moomoo Singapore to make up towards the guaranteed 5%p.a. return reward during the allocated holding period will be credited into your Moomoo SG Universal Account. Users can choose to redeem the fund immediately after the holding period has ended or continue the subscription/ investment and enjoy the normalised rates given by the base money market fund. Moomoo SG does an auto reinvestment to the same underlying fund after the end of allocated period for you. 5%p.a. return is only applicable during the allocated holding period under this campaign.

Q5: Are my funds safe?

Moomoo SG is a licensed institution of Monetary Authority of Singapore. The funds purchased through the platform flow through our custodian bank, and neither the platform nor the fund company can misappropriate the client's assets without authorization.

Q6: Will you be affected if the underlying fund product has negative 7-day annualized yield?

Moomoo SG will automatically redeem your investment if the underlying fund product has a negative 7-day annualized yield. Moomoo SG will still provide you with guaranteed 5%p.a. return rewards (up to the total number of days invested).

Q7: What happens if the underlying fund product has higher than 5% annualized yield?

Moomoo SG gives you the higher rate, either 5% annualized yield, or market, whichever higher.

1. These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (「Organiser」), a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms and Conditions, existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. 2. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves all rights to terminate the campaign or change terms and conditions, offers, rewards without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply and will be posted on the moomoo app/website prior to effectiveness.

3. Student offer is only valid for eligible current students holding official valid student ID photo cards of Singapore local education institutions, who are at least 18 years of age, and have a valid Singapore bank account in their own name.

4. Currently, we limit sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. Applicable phone, internet and other charges may apply, and the participants shall be responsible for such costs and expenses.

6. No person should have more than one account. Please note that Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. does not allow a person to open a universal account on behalf of another (i.e. we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open an account). This requirement is also stated during your account opening process and in your declaration. Please refrain from opening a universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner of the account. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g., using multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your stock rewards and limit your chance to participate in future promotions.

7. Each user or device, regardless mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of registration / sign up rewards, account opening rewards, initial deposit rewards, market trade rewards and referral rewards.

8. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to remove rewards entitlement should customer not fulfil all stated conditions of the offer.

9. Where force liquidation occurs during the event period, subsequent fund yield movements will no longer be monitored by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. will not automatically initiate any forms of re-subscription after the force liquidation, and user will not be able to re-invest into the underlying fund during the negative 7-day annualized yield period. Should the user wishes to re-invest into the same underlying fund when it reaches back to a positive 7-day annualized yield, the onus is on the user to monitor the market conditions. Should another negative 7-day annualized yield occur during the reinvested period, the same force liquidation will happen. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. will still guarantee the 5% p.a. return rewards as long as the user has a positive position during the remaining holding period.

10. Investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by, including, but not limited to Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a broker licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The moomoo app is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Neither receipt of a share of stock through this program nor identification of a particular security in communications related to this program constitutes a solicitation of the security or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold the security. 11. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this campaign/promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

In order to ensure the fairness of the event, the event has limits on daily event rewards, total event rewards, and the total rewards that can be claimed by a single user; if the system detects abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to the use mobile device simulators or artificial modification of mobile phone device numbers), the offenders' event eligibility will be terminated.
