These terms and conditions (「Terms and Conditions」) shall apply to the Invest Fair 2023 「Moomoo Claw Machine & Grab Your Fortune」 (「Activity」) organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (「Moomoo SG」).
1.This Activity will be held between 12 August 2023, 10:00am SGT and 13 August 2023, 6:00pm SGT, both timings inclusive (「Activity Period」).
2.The Event will take place solely at the offline event, Invest Fair 2023 (「Event」), and is applicable only to attendees of this event (「Participants」). Online attendees of this event shall not be eligible to participate.
To participate in this Activity
a. Participants will be required to perform the following actions to earn game tokens. Each action can only be performed once.
i. Flash their moomoo IDs to any onsite moomoo staff;
ii. Register and open a Moomoo SG Universal Account (「Moomoo SG Account」) during the activity period;
iii. Complete the following tasks during the activity period:

Grab Your Fortune - Bonus Game
Eligibility: 1 Game coupon entitles 1 gameplay.
Game rule: This game is played by 1 player. The sticks will drop randomly and player is required to catch as many as he could. We will select 5 game players each session to play the Bonus Game. The first winner who grabs the most sticks gets a special prize! Only one winner is entitled to one special prize at each bonus game session.
In the event if there's more than one players grabs 6 sticks or equivalent, there will be a re-match until there is a final winner for the specific round.

1.The prizes are subject to availability. Moomoo SG reserves the right to substitute it for other items without prior notice and without assigning any reasons for it.
2.The prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item, in part or in whole.
3.Prizes (Cash Coupon, Moo Points and Stocks) stated under section 4 shall be credited to the Participant' s Moomoo SG Account by redeeming special promo codes. Once the Participants meet the eligibility, the onsite moomoo staff will provide a promo code to the Participant. Each promo code is only available for one-time redemption. Participants are also required to provide their moomoo ID to the onsite moomoo staff for record purposes. Failure to do so will disqualify the Participant from receiving the prize.
4.Participants receiving stock prizes and cash coupon stated in section 4shall be given a redemption code and a set of redemption instructions during the Event. Participants are to enter the redemption code in the redemption centre of the moomoo App by 29 September 2023. Failure to do so by the stated date will result in the lost of the prize and Moomoo SG shall not be responsible to replace it.
5.Moomoo SG decisions on the Participant(s) and the prize(s) are final and no correspondence may be entertained.
6.Moomoo SG shall bear no responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery.
7.Moomoo SG reserves all rights till the end of the Activity to amend the rules of the Activity at any point in time without prior notice.
8.By participating in this Activity, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any other agreement(s) that the respective Participant may have entered with moomoo SG.
9.Moomoo SG reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify/reject the Participant from this Activity for any reason whatsoever, including upon the occurrence of the following:

Moomoo Singapore shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the campaign/promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize(s), any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Moomoo Singapore of this Contest shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo Singapore for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this campaign/promotion, in particular those relating to the campaign/promotion prizes, are the property of their respective owners.
