Moomoo Claw Machine

1. These terms and conditions (「Terms and Conditions」) shall apply to the Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2024 「Moomoo Claw Machine」 (「Activity」) organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (「Moomoo SG」).

Activity Period 

2. This Activity will be held between 6 April 2024, 9:00am SGT to 6 April 2024, 5:30pm SGT, both timings inclusive (「Activity Period」).

3. The Event will take place solely at the offline event, Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2024 (「Event」), and is applicable only to attendees of this event (「Participants」). Online attendees of this event shall not be eligible to participate.

Entries and Participation

4. To participate in this activity, complete the following tasks during the activity period:

Eligibility For New Users

New users who have never opened a Moomoo SG universal account and/or deposited funds before 8:00am SGT on 6 April 2024.

Eligibility For Existing Users

All existing users of Moomoo SG.

b. Game coupons earned shall be used for the sole purpose of participating in the activity during the activity Period and shall not be exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item, in part or in whole. Once the activity period has ended, it will no longer be deemed valid for gameplay.

c. Participants of this activity are not guaranteed a prize.xs

d. The following are the prizes that are made available to participants of this activity:

Moomoo Claw Machine

Eligibility: 1 Game coupon entitles 1 gameplay.

*Prize is randomised and player is not guaranteed a prize should they miss. Prizes are on first-come-first-serve basis and whilst stocks last.

Claw Machine - Golden Hour

Eligibility: 1 Game coupon entitles 1 gameplay.

Game rule: Game coupon holders may form a queue 15 mins before the start of the Golden Hour. The 1st person in line will be able play once and subsequent person queueing may play until/ unless 1 person has already capture the stock in the claw machine.

Stock rewards value may fluctuate based on market conditions. Prize is randomised and player is not guaranteed a prize should they miss. Prize is given on a first-come-first-serve basis and whilst stocks last.

Terms & Conditions:

5. The prizes are subject to availability. Moomoo SG reserves the right to substitute it for other items without prior notice and without assigning any reasons for it.

6. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item, in part or in whole.

7. Prizes (Cash Coupon, Moo Points and Stocks) stated under section 4 shall be credited to the Participant' s Moomoo SG Universal Account by redeeming special promo codes. Once the Participants meet the eligibility, the onsite moomoo staff will provide a promo code to the Participant.

8. Each promo code is only available for one-time redemption. Participants are also required to provide their moomoo ID to the onsite moomoo staff for record purposes. Failure to do so will disqualify the Participant from receiving the prize.

9. Participants receiving stock prizes and cash coupon stated in section 4 shall be given a redemption code and a set of redemption instructions during the Event. Participants are to enter the redemption code in the redemption centre of the moomoo App by 6 April 2024. Failure to do so by the stated date will result in the lost of the prize and Moomoo SG shall not be responsible to replace it.

10. Moomoo SG decisions on the Participant(s) and the prize(s) are final and no correspondence may be entertained.

11. Moomoo SG shall bear no responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery.

12. By participating in this Activity, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any other agreement(s) that the respective Participant may have entered with Moomoo SG.

Seedly Review Activity T&Cs -- Apr to Jun 2024

Event Period

6/4/2024 at 12:00AM SGT - 30/06/2024 at 11.59 PM SGT

Eligibility for Activity Participation

• Anyone with a valid moomoo ID for Moomoo SG during the event period and have not previously left a review for Moomoo SG on Seedly platform

• Limited to the first 200 redemptions

• Unless otherwise stated, participants of this Campaign may also concurrently take part in other campaigns and promotions organised by Moomoo SG.

Activity Summary

• When Moomoo SG user complete the following task, they are entitled to receive the corresponding voucher as stated below.

• This is limited to (1) voucher redemption per account holder.

• Omission of any parts or failure to show the designated moomoo staff your review and moomoo ID for verification might result in the forfeiting of the "Token of Appreciation".

• For successful customers, token of appreciation of (1) S$5 NTUC e-Voucher will be sent to the email provided at the Seedly event booth within 3 weeks upon verification.

Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

2. Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Moomoo SG is a licensed entity registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) (License No..CMS101000). Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
