Moomoo Mother Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions Official Rules

Contest Rules

1. These terms and conditions (「Terms and Conditions」) shall apply to the 「Moomoo Mother's Day Giveaway」 (「Campaign」) organized by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Moomoo SG) [「Organiser」]

 

Contest Period 

2. The organiser holds an offline event "Moomoo Mother's Day Giveaway" to give away S$100 Sephora E- Gift Card.

3. This will commence on 14 May 2024 at 1200 SGT and end on 31 May 2024 at 2359 SGT. Entries will only be accepted during this period.

4. Entries submitted after 31 May 2024 at 2359 SGT will not be accepted.

Entries and Participation 

 

5. Participants will have to be aged 18 and above with Moomoo SG universal account to be eligible to participate in the Contest and be eligible to win.

6. The following categories of people are not eligible to participate in the Contest:    i. All permanent and/or contract employees (「Employees」) of the Moomoo SG and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers, and sisters) (「Immediate Family Members」).    ii. All agencies and/or service providers engaged by Moomoo SG (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotions agencies, printing companies, event management agencies, and any persons assisting or who are involved in the Contest) and their Employees and Immediate Family Members. 

7. These are the steps to participate: 

a. Participants are required to be a subscriber/followers of Moomoo SG’s Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/moomoosingapore) & Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/moomoosingapore/).

b. Participants are required to like & share the「Moomoo Mother's Day Giveaway」post from Moomoo SG's Instagram or Facebook account.

c. Participants must submit a photo or video on their Facebook or Instagram, sharing the best financial advice from their mom, and what they want to gift her, and tag @moomoosingapore, #moomoosg #moolove to qualify!

d. Moomoo SG reserves all rights to disqualify any incomplete submissions or submissions that do not abide by the respective platform guidelines.

e. The winner(s) will be announced within T+2 business days after the Ending Date on 31 May 2024 at 2359 SGT.

f. Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries, but only 1 winner will be selected from each @moomoosingapore official social media platform (Facebook and Instagram) and each participant is only allowed to win one (1) prize across the qualifying period for the Contest with the same prize and period, held separately on Facebook and Instagram. There will be a total of two (2) S$100 Sephora E-Gift Cards to be won across the two platforms during the entirety of this contest at the organiser’s discretion via best answers.

g. Winners will each receive one (1) S$100 Sephora E-Gift Card.

For winner(s):

8. The winners on Facebook and Instagram will be informed via private messaging on the respective social channel in-app messaging service.

9. Please note you'll need to be signed into your beauty pass account for the offer to be applicable. For more information on Sephora's E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions, you may refer HERE.

Prize and Winner List 

10. The winner is required to reply to Moomoo SG on the contacted platforms (Instagram or Facebook) for prize collection details. If the selected winner is not eligible, cannot be traced, or does/does not respond within three business (3) days to winner notification, or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Moomoo SG at its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another participant.

11. Winners will be required to submit their personal details and contact details to the Moomoo SG official email account (clientmarketing@sg.moomoo.com) for prize collection. 

12. Substitution of gifts by the winner will not be entertained. Moomoo SG reserves all rights to end the Contest or amend the rules of the Contest at any time without prior notice. 

13. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners is permitted. If the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Moomoo SG, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize with an alternative prize with similar monetary value. 

 

Term and conditions:

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

2. Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. Moomoo SG decisions on the winner and the prize are final and no correspondence will be entertained. 

4. All submissions should be original (i.e. taken from the user's account). They should not be plagiarised, copied, or reproduced by other participants. 

5. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

6. Currently, Moomoo SG limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

7. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

8. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

9. In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Moomoo SG is a licensed entity registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) (License No..CMS101000). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. All information and data on the webpage are for informational purposes only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. This Campaign/Promotion does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs.

10. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

11. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

12. By participating in the campaign/promotion, the participants (including the winner) are deemed to have consented to: (i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, image, voice, and/or likeness by the Moomoo SG for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and (ii) receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from Moomoo SG from time to time. 

13. Each participant of this campaign/promotion grants Instagram and/or Facebook a complete release from any liability and exempts Moomoo SG from any liability arising from any act, omission, or default in connection with the use and operation of the operating platforms for Instagram and/or Facebook over which Moomoo SG has no control. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and/or Facebook, and all participants are providing information to Moomoo SG and not to Instagram and/or Facebook. 

14. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

15. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

16. This advertisement has not been reviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
