How to Open an Account by manual submission (for others)

If you're not in Singapore (not Singapore citizens, permanent residents, or foreigners residing in Singapore), you could open an account by manual submission (for others).

1. After registration on moomoo, you can tap Accounts > Open  Now to open an account.

2. Tap Next > Other.

3. Please prepare your passport or identity card, your employment proof (if applicable), and valid proof of address.

4. Provide us with your Tax Information and financial profile.

5. Complete the facial recognition to prevent identity theft.

6. Read the Risk Disclosure statements and submit the application with your signature.

New account review is usually completed on the same application day but may take 1-3 business days in some cases. We will inform you immediately once your application is approved.
