1.The invitee activated a crypto account with Moomoo SG before clicking on the share link but has not yet transferred funds. Is this invitation considered valid?
Yes, the invitation is valid as long as the invitee has not transferred funds to the crypto account before visiting the page, and the invitee clicks on the invitee's link and transfers S$100 to the invitee's own crypto account.
2. The invitee has transferred funds to crypto account before the event but has not reached the requirement, and then makes another transfer again to reach the requirement. Is this invitation considered valid?
No, the invitee is required to complete the first funds transfer during the campaign period for the invitation to be deemed as valid.
3. Is it possible for invitees to fund in batches, and is it valid if the currency type transferred in batches are not the same?
Yes, it is possible so long the cumulative amount of funds transferred during the campaign period meets the requirement, if the currency is not the same, it will be automatically converted as long as the cumulative value is greater than USD 80 or SGD 100, it will meet the requirements of this promotion.
4. Is this promotion stackable with other referral promotions?
Yes, as long as you meet the requirements of the respective activities. See other referral promotion for more details.
5. How do I redeem my iPad 2024 (256GB)?
If you have successfully won an iPad, you can go to contact our customer service with details. Our staff will confirm and contact you via email within 7 working days and inform you to collect your iPad 2024 (256GB) at our office.
The moomoo ID contacting our customer service should be the moomoo ID that actually won the iPad 2024 (256GB) in the promotion, and we do not support collection on behalf of you.
