Opening Offers

The opening offer is only valid for new Futu Singapore Pte. Ltd. Definition of new customer

New customers refer to those who have not opened a FUTU SG securities account before 00:00hrs SGT on 8th March 2021.

Offer rewards for account opening

1. 03 months commission-free trading in the US stock market, HK stock market and SG stock market from the day of account opening and the account has to be approved successfully.

a) For users who have opened an account before 8th March 2021 (00:00hrs SGT), 03 months commission-free trading for SG stock market will be credited to your moomoo account and it will strictly commence from 8th March 2021.

2. Free access to Lvl 2 Market Data in the US stock market from the day of account opening and the account has to be approved successfully.


Offer rewards for completing initial deposits

1. When you successfully deposit SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 in your moomoo account during activity time, you will receive the following,;

a) 1 share of AAPL stock within 5 business days (limited to the first 10,000 redemptions. First come, first served basis)

b) SGD 30 Cash Coupon within 5 business days

after the deposit is completed and when the funds are settled.

Offer rewards for successful user referral

A. For the first 1,500 beta users

1. For each referral of a new customer that has used your personal referral link to successfully open a new FUTU SG securities account and deposit SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 successfully before 30th April 2021 (1500hrs SGT), you will receive SGD 50 cash coupon and 30 days commission-free trading for US, HK and SG stock markets.
2. The rewards for the referral programme is cumulative but capped to the first 20 new customers only. This means referral rewards of SGD 50 cash coupons will be capped at a maximum cumulation of SGD 1,000 cash coupons. Similarly, the 30 days of free commission trading for US, HK and SG stock markets will be kept at 600 days. Promotions are only valid for all referrals that happened from 8th March 2021 till 30th April 2021 (1500hrs SGT).  

*Definition of first 1,500 beta users are beta customers who have successfully reserved their slots to be the first 1,500 beta users between the period of 18th January 2021 to 31st January 2021 and have successfully opened a FUTU SG  Securities account.

*New customers: Similar to the criteria for new customers, they must have a Singapore residential address, at least 18 years of age, have a valid Singapore bank account in their own name. Similarly, we are currently limiting sign-ups to a limited group of nationality. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening to see if your nationality is on the list.

B. For users that are not part of the first 1,500 beta users

1. For each referral of a new customer that has used your personal referral link to successfully open a new FUTU SG securities account and deposit SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 successfully before 30th April 2021 (1500hrs SGT), you will receive SGD 30 cash coupon and 30 days commission-free trading for US, HK and SG stock markets. Promotion is only valid till 30th April 2021 (1500hrs SGT).
2.  The rewards for the referral programme is cumulative but capped to the first 20 new customers only. This means referral rewards of SGD 30 cash coupons will be capped at a maximum cumulation of SGD 600 cash coupons. Similarly, the 30 days of free commission trading for US, HK and SG stock markets will be kept at 600 days. Promotions are only valid for all referrals that happened from 8th March 2021 till 30th April 2021 (1500hrs SGT).

Activity conditions that are required to be met

(I) For customers who use SingPass MyInfo

Condition A: Successfully open a FUTU SG Securities account between 8th March 2021,00:00hrs SGT and 30th April 2021,15:00hrs SGT (hereinafter referred to as "activity time");

(II) For customers who do not use SingPass MyInfo

Condition D: Successfully open a FUTU SG Securities account between 8th March 2021 00:00hrs SGT and 30th April 202115:00hrs SGT through manual account opening within activity time and deposit funds worth SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 or more before (1500hrs SGT) on 30th April 2021;

(III) For Deposits

Condition B: Successfully open FUTU SG Securities account during the activity time, and deposit funds worth SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 or more before (1500hrs SGT) on 30th April 2021;

(IV) Referral Program

Condition C: Successfully referred a new customer using his/her own personal referral link and the new user that was referred has successfully opened a FUTU SG Securities account and deposit SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 successfully within activity time;

Reward and distribution method:

(I) Online account opening

· Customers that opened online accounts successfully using SingPass MyInfo and have met the activity CONDITION A can receive a 03 months commission-free for trading of US, HK and SG stocks and access to free Lvl 2 market data for US stock market from the day that they successfully open their FUTU SG Securities account.

· All customers using SingPass MyInfo to open an online account and meet event CONDITION A and CONDITION B can receive 1 share of AAPL stock, SGD 30 cash coupon and free OPRA Option real-time quotes.

· Customers who are Singapore residents and not using SingPass MyInfo will have to successfully open an online account manually and meet CONDITION D to receive a 03 months commission-free for trading of US, HK and SG stocks and free Lvl 2 market data for US stock market, 1 share of AAPL stock and SGD 30 cash coupon. Customers will have to submit supporting official documents to prove identity and residential address. Official documents that are used have to be within 3 months from the date of application. Process of approval of account and successful fund deposits will take minimally 5 business working days.

· The 1 Free AAPL share promotion is only valid for the first 10,000 new customers who have successfully fulfilled either  (i) CONDITION A and B for new customers who are using SingPass MyInfo to open a new account or (ii) CONDITION D for new customers who are not using SingPass MyInfo to open a new account during the activity time. While stocks last and on a first come, first served basis.
