Offer Rewards for Account Opening

Offer Rewards for Successful User Referral

1. For each referral of a new customer that has used your personal referral link to successfully open a new FUTU SG securities account and complete the total minimal deposit of SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 within 30 days from successful account opening day, you will receive 1 Free Twitter (TWTR) share and additional 30 days commission-free trading for US, HK and SG stock markets.

2. The rewards for the referral programme is cumulative but capped to the first 20 successful referrals only. This means referral rewards of 1 Free Twitter (TWTR) share will be capped at a maximum cumulation of 20 only. Similarly, the additional 30 days of free commission trading for US, HK and SG stock markets will be kept at 600 days. Successful referral rewards are only valid for all referrals that happened from 1st May 2021 till 31st May 2021 (1500hrs SGT).

3. This referral programme is applicable for all users on moomoo (both existing and new users).

4. For existing users that have referrals that happened before 1st May 2021 (SGT 0000hrs), the referral rewards will fall under the jurisdiction of the previous promotional activity that took place from 8th March 2021 to 30th April 2021. Futu SG will not entertain any request that is not in line with the Terms and Conditions stated here. For example, increase in the number of referrals, extension of referral period, or give away the same benefits for this campaign to persons who has signed up / who has refer / who was referred under the previous campaigns. 7.At its discretion, FUTU SG reserves the right to adjust the incentive program parameters.

8.You can only open one trading account with us and agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Customer Agreement, as well as the terms and conditions of this campaign, or any other promotions, events, or campaigns. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. using multiple accounts or devices, FUTU SG may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your stock rewards and limit your chance to participate in future promotions.

9.Each device, regardless mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of opening rewards, initial deposit rewards and referral rewards.

10.FUTU SG reserves the right to terminate the incentive program at any time without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply and will be posted on the moomoo app/website prior to effectiveness.

11.The 180 days of commission-free trading for US, HK and SG stocks reward from successful account opening will commence from the day of account opening and end exactly 180 days later.

12.Successful referral rewards for cash coupons will be capped at a maximum cumulation of 20 Twitter (TWTR) shares and 600 days of commission-free trading for US, HK and SG stock markets.

13.Should the customer not fulfil all the stated conditions of this promotion, FUTU SG reserves the right to remove the $0 commission and charge in full, the free shares, free lvl 1 access, OPRA data and the free Lvl2 access.
