2. Unlimited commission-free trading card will be allocated into your 「Coupons」 page, which can be viewed and used in 「Coupons」 under the 「Me」 tab in the moomoo app (https://coupon.moomoo.com/), An activated and effective commission-free card enables you to trade securities in the designated market for 0 commissions during the effective period. There is no limitation on the number of trades you may make during the effective period.

Entitlement applies to the stipulated markets but it is not applicable to Options and Futures.
Only one commission-free card can be activated for a single market. During the effective period of a commission-free card, you cannot activate another card. If you have multiple commission-free cards for the same market, you need to wait until the activated commission-free card is deemed expired before activating a new card.

3. A referral is deemed successful when your friend uses your referral link and completes an initial deposit of at least SGD 1 in their Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. universal account during the Campaign Period. The referrer's total number of successful referrals during the Campaign Period will be updated on the in-app leaderboard. The rankings on the leaderboard will be final as of the campaign end date. All winners will be rewarded as follows:

*(i) If the prize(s) remains unclaimed by the Rank 1 winner within 20 business days after the notification has been sent out to the winners, the prize(s) shall be forfeited, and such forfeited prize(s) shall be dealt with at Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd.'s discretion.
(ii) The winner will be required to submit proof of account screenshot, moomoo ID and relevant personal details to claim the prize. The awarding of the prize shall be subjected to successful verification of the identity of the winner to the full satisfaction of Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd..
(iii) The cash coupon obtained from the referral program rewards will be automatically activated and be directly exchanged for cash rewards. The cash will be issued to your universal account within 5 working days after use.
(ⅳ) No duplicate prizes will be awarded for Top 3 and below.
4. The referral leaderboard will be refreshed in real-time. In the event of a tie, the user who achieved the final number of successful referrals earlier will be deemed as the winner.

6. A referee needs to successfully open a Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. universal account using a referrer's link. Moomoo will recognise a successful referral by the referrer only when the referee, a new user, registers via the link shared by the referrer.
7. The referee who successfully opened a moomoo SG universal account before 9 March 2022, 18:00 SGT and did not deposit any amount into their Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. universal account will still be eligible for this campaign.

By participating in the Referral Challenge, the participants (including the winner) are deemed to have consented to: (i) the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, moomoo ID and public profile details ,voice, and/or likeness by the Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and (ii) receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. 9. The event is only eligible for clients who are at least 18 years of age and have a valid Singapore bank account in their own name. The stocks received through the event or the specific securities mentioned in the information or communications of the event do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or hold the specific securities. You can only open one trading account with us and must agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Customer Agreement, as well as the terms and conditions of this event, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. using multiple accounts, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, cancel your stock rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.
18. Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.
19. This event is not eligible to users on the "Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd.'s safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Event Participation Ban List".
20. In order to ensure the fairness of the event, the event has limits on daily event rewards, total event rewards, and the total rewards that can be claimed by a single user; if the system detects abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to the use mobile device simulators or artificial modification of mobile phone device numbers), the offenders' event eligibility will be terminated.
21. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel prize(s) in the Referral Challenge,including but not limited to any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment make prizes issued in error or overshoot. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Please take note of relevant event information posted on the moomoo App or website.
22. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this promotion event, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/HK/SG stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, and Level 1 SG market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. as per normal standards.

24. These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (「Organiser」), a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited.
