Campaign Period

The campaign will commence from 1 September 2022 at 00:00 SGT and end on 30 November 2022 at 11:59 SGT.

 

Campaign Eligibility

The moomoo users who have registered and deposited into moomoo SG universal account. 

Definition of new and existing users

New users: moomoo SG users who has never made a deposit at Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. before 00:00 SGT on September 1.

Existing users: moomoo SG users who have (once) made a deposit into their moomoo SG universal account before 00:00 SGT on September 1.


Campaign Summary

1.  During the campaign period, you can learn how to redeem the tickets from the task bar on the campaign page.

New users

Task 1: You can redeem one Jay Chou concert ticket on the campaign landing page after you register and complete an initial deposit of SGD 20,000 in the moomoo SG universal account.

Task 2:  You can redeem another Jay Chou concert ticket on the campaign landing page by referring 3 friends to complete an initial deposit of SGD 1,000 in their moomoo SG universal account within the event duration using your referral link. 

This referral activity could be added to the current referral programme: an additional S$50 cash coupon can be obtained for referring 1 new friend. To refer 3 new friends, you will get S$150 in cash coupons in total and 1 ticket redemption for Jay Chou concert.

*To ensure the successful redemption of the concert ticket, new users who complete an initial deposit of SGD 20,000 MUST maintain their asset until they complete the physical ticket redemption. If the assets are withdrawn prior to the physical ticket redemption, your eligibility will be forfeited; assets include cash and stock positions etc..An up to 40% decrease in total asset value, due to a result of asset losses out of stock price fluctuations, from stipulated amount will be allowed.

Existing users

Task 1: You can redeem 1 Jay Chou concert ticket on the campaign landing page by referring 3 friends to complete an initial deposit of SGD 1,000 in their moomoo SG universal account within the event duration using your referral link. 

Task 2: You can redeem another Jay Chou concert ticket on the campaign landing page by referring another 3 friends to complete an initial deposit of SGD 1,000 in their moomoo SG universal account within the event period using your referral link. This referral activity could be added to the current referral programme: an additional S$50 cash coupon can be obtained for referring 1 new friend. To refer 3 new friends, you will receive S$150 cash coupons in total and 1 ticket redemption for Jay Chou concert. To refer 6 new friends, you will receive S$300 cash coupons in total and 2 ticket redemption for Jay Chou concert.

For this promotion, each user may redeem up to 2 concert tickets.

If tickets has been fully redeemed, a compensatory bonus  (Coca-Cola Co stock, NYSE: KO around 85 SGD) will be offered to those who has completed the task but not redeemed the ticket from 1 September 2022 at 00:00 SGT to 30 November 2022 at 11:59 SGT. 1 ticket redemption equals to 1 Coca-Cola Co stock redemption. Each user can redeem up to 2 Coca-Cola Co stock for this promotion in the event that all Jay Chou concert tickets have been fully redeemed.

2. Ticket Redemption

You may redeem your tickets on the landing page after you fulfill the tasks. Please save the redemption screenshot as proof. 

Physical concert tickets will be available for redemption at Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd.'s office. Please refer to FAQ Q6 below for details.

3. Rules for using cash coupons

The cash coupons earned from referring your friends will automatically be used in the active "Me-Coupons" and the cash rewards will be transferred directly to the moomoo SG Universal Account in the corresponding currency of the cash coupons.

Before using, you must have a moomoo SG universal account. If you do not have an account, you need to open an account before using it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How long does it take to receive the tickets upon completing the task?

A1: You may redeem the concert tickets on the landing page upon completion of the required tasks. Upon successful ticket redemption, you may collect your physical tickets from 14 November till 9 December. Please refer to Q6 to learn more about physical tickets. 

Q2: Where can I find "My Tickets" after the redemption?

A2: You may find your tickets on the landing page after the redemption. Saving the screenshot for successful redemption as proof is highly suggested.

Q3: What ticket categories do you offer? How do i know if I am entitled to CAT1 or CAT3 ticket?

A3:  There are 2 ticket types, CAT1 and CAT3. User may decide between CAT3 and CAT1 when they redeem the tickets. All tickets will be issued on first-come first-served basis. 

Q4: If I redeem 2 tickets, will they be consecutive seats? 

A4: For user redeeming 2 tickets of the same category, we will prioritize in consecutive seatings.

Q5: Can I select my seat? 

A5: Seat allocation is randomised and cannot be chosen. 

Q6: How do I collect the physical tickets and what is the collection period & time?

A6:  (For users residing in Singapore) Physical concert tickets will be available for redemption at moomoo Singapore's office. Please refer to the details below:

Terms And Conditions

1. The event is only eligible for clients who are at least 18 years of age and have a valid Singapore bank account in their own name. Currently, the event registration is limited to a group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during the account opening process to see whether your nationality is eligible.

2. A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the event will be sent to participants. If you wish to cancel future notifications from moomoo, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on moomoo app.

3. The rewards and offers in this program are presented by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. In Singapore, investment products and services available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). The moomoo app is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Techonologies Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. 

4. No person should have more than one account. Please note that Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. does not allow any person (s) to open a trading account on behalf of another person (i.e. we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open an account). This requirement is also stated during your account opening process and in your declaration. Please refrain from opening a trading account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner of the account.

5. The stocks received through the event or the specific securities mentioned in the information or communications of the event do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or hold the specific securities. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. does not provide any investment advice, nor does it recommend any securities or transactions. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to remove reward entitlements should the customer not fulfill all stated conditions of the offer or show abnormal behavior such as immediate withdrawal etc. 

6. You can only open one trading account with us and must agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Customer Agreement, as well as the terms and conditions of this event, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. using multiple accounts, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, cancel your referral rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.

7. This event is not eligible to users on the "moomoo Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates moomoo's safety rules, the user will be put on the "moomoo Event Participation Ban List".

8. In order to ensure the fairness of the event, the event has limits on daily event rewards, total event rewards, and the total rewards that can be claimed by a single user; if the system detects abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to the use mobile device simulators or artificial modification of mobile phone device numbers), the offenders' event eligibility will be terminated.

9. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel prize(s) in the Campaign, including but not limited to any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment make prizes issued in error or overshoot. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Please take note of relevant event information posted on the moomoo app or website.

10. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this promotion event, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/HK/SG stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, and Level 1 SG market data. Commissions and fees will  be charged by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. as per normal standards.

Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the terms of the referral program.
