Eligibility

• Both new and existing customers of Moomoo Singapore can participate in this transfer activity and are eligible to receive corresponding rewards (the rewards may vary for new and existing customers).
• New customer: Customers who had no assets in their Universal Account at Moomoo SG before 9:00 AM on September 27, 2023.
• Existing customer: Customers who had assets in their Universal Account at Moomoo SG before 9:00 AM on September 27, 2023.
• Exclusivity for Welcome Rewards: New customers can only opt in either current Transfer-in Rewards or Welcome Rewards. For example, customers who have already received welcome rewards cannot receive transfer-in rewards, and vice versa.
• This promotion is exclusively for individual customers.
• Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for this activity.

Reward Conditions: Customers who successfully transfer[1] in eligible assets to Moomoo SG are eligible to receive activity rewards.
New Customer Rewards:

Transfer shares, options, or cash balances valued > S$5,000 (one time-transfer regardless of full or partial transfers)
Maintain 30 days average daily assets (cash, stocks and other assets included) of > S$5,000. Due to stock price fluctuations, the total asset value is allowed to drop by 20% from the stated amount. The Apple share will be issued to the customer's Moomoo SG universal account within 15 business days after the conditions are met.

2. Referral Program Rewards

Referrer: Singapore residents with a registered Moomoo ID
Referee: Singapore residents who have not opened a Moomoo SG Universal Account and made a deposit with Moomoo SG (Singapore residents are defined as those with an IP address in Singapore when visiting the promo page)
Referral Reward: During the promotional period, when a referrer invites a new user to transfer assets worth S$5,000 or more to Moomoo SG, the referrer will receive 1 share of COIN (valued at S$106* as of 18/10/2023).

FAQs

1. How is the transfer fee subsidised?

Upon successful transfer of eligible assets to Moomoo SG, please submit a request to our client service team clientservice@sg.moomoo.com with your statement of account of the outside broker for the transfer fee.

The subsidy will be issued to the user's Moomoo SG universal account within 15 working days in the form of cash coupons. Moomoo SG will subsidise the expenses deducted from the original brokerage firm due to the transfer, up to a maximum of S$200.

2. How do I unlock the 180 days free commission fee for options trading?
Upon successful transfer of eligible assets to Moomoo SG, the reward will be issued to the user's Moomoo SG universal account in the form of a commission-free card within 15 working days. The free period is 180 days from the date of the successful issuance of the commission-free card.
Although transactions are commission-free during the promotion period, please note that platform fees are charged per order.

3. How do I get the free Apple Share?
Upon successful transfer of eligible assets to Moomoo SG, you will get 1 Apple share. To unlock the share, you need to fulfill the following conditions:
￮ Transfer shares, options, or cash balances valued > S$5,000 (one time-transfer)
￮ Maintain 30 days average daily assets (cash, stocks and other assets included) of > S$5,000. Due to stock price fluctuations, the total asset value is allowed to drop by 20% from the stated amount. This campaign has nothing to do with any company and its affiliates that are rewarded with shares.

4. If the invitee registered a Moomoo ID before the start of the promotion but did not make a deposit, is this invitation still valid?
The invitee must register through the referrer's referral link for the transfer activity during the promotional period to be eligible for this referral promotion. If you registered before the promotional period or through other channels, even if you complete the transfer task, the referrer will not receive the rewards.

5. How do I receive the referral reward after successfully inviting a friend?
During the promo period, if you invite a new user to transfer S$5,000 to Moomoo SG, you will receive 1 share of COIN (S$106* value). Customers do not need to take any further action to claim the reward. Moomoo SG will automatically send it to customer's Moomoo SG universal account.

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. 5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this promotion event, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/SG stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 2 SG market data, Level 1 China-A share market data and Level 1 HK market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. as per normal standards.

13. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.
