Moo points won will be immediately issued to your account. You may check it by going to Me > Task Center > Points Details or Me > Redeem Points > Points Details.
Coupons can be used to redeem specified gifts with corresponding point discounts and will be immediately issued to your account. You can find them by going to Me > Redeem Points > Coupons.
Merchandise will be shipped within 7-14 working days from the date of your draw, so please make sure your delivery address is accurate. You may check the prize by going to Me > Redeem Points > Redeemed.
Investment-related coupons will be issued to your account within 1-2 working days and will be valid for 5 calendar days. You can check them by going to Me > Coupons.
Gift stocks will be issued to your account within 1-2 working days. You can view them by going to Me > My Rewards.
